| 摘 要： | 学校文化既具有广义文化的一般性,又体现教书育人的特殊性,发挥着核心价值的引领作用。加强学校文化建设具有重要的现实意义。在社会主义文化大发展大繁荣中,中小学应塑造学校共同价值观,体现文化自觉;追求学校文化建设高品位,增强文化自信;动员全员参与学校文化建设,发挥校长、教师、学生的能动作用;形成学校的课程文化、网络文化、制度文化和物质文化。

| Abstract: | The school culture has played the role of leading the core values of society with its general characteristics of culture in broad sense and the special characteristics of training people. To strengthen the construction of school culture is of great realistic significance. In the rapid development of socialist culture , the primary and secondary schools should build the common values to manifest the consciousness of culture ; pursue the high quality of the construction of school culture to improve the confidence of culture ; call for all the people to participate in the construction of school culture and play the active roles of the principals , teachers and students ; form the culture in curriculum , internet , institution and material. |
