| 摘 要： | 对388名在校师范生的问卷调查表明：师范生对德育柔性化管理，对师范学校教师形象、德育活动和德育环境普遍持认同态度。调查建议，师范院校通过加强师生团队训练、校园网络建设以及德育实践活动提高德育柔性化管理的实效性。

An Investigation on the Efficiency of the Flexible Management of Moral Education in an Teachers' School |

| Abstract: | It shows through a questionnaire investigation to 388 students in a teachers' school that they commonly identified with the flexible management of moral education,the teachers' images in such schools and the moral education activities and environment.It suggeted that the teachers' schools should raise the practical efficiency of the flexible management of moral education through reinforcing the team training among the teachers and students,the school network construction and the practical activity of moral education. |
