| Abstract: | The construction of class teachers＇ professionalization is a strong call of the time, is an urgent need of the reality, and is the necessary result of teachers＇ development of professionalization. What is needed in its construction is to clear and definite the role and position of a class teacher, to perfect the policies and regulations for class teachers＇ work, and to guide its development with the research of action. It could be realized through the strengthening of the construction of class teachers＇ morality, skills, institutions and so on. |
