| 摘 要： | 分析网站传统设计理念中存在的弊端及现有网站的导航给残疾用户、老年用户等信息弱势群体的访问所造成的障碍；从信息无障碍的角度，提出设计无障碍网站导航应遵循的原则以及具体的设计策略，最后指出今后应加快网络无障碍相关法律、标准的制定和网站无障碍设计的研究工作。

Next, the paper has pointed out the problems existing in the current website navigation, which cause barriers for the disabled and the elderly to access the website. The principle and method for designing accessible teaching website navigation was proposed in the end. |
