| 摘 要： | 学业是实现大学生就业的重要基础,为实现顺利就业,大学生有必要进行以职业为导向的学业规划。本文通过对杭州市下沙高教园区部分学生进行调查,分析当前大学生学业规划的现状,探讨学业规划以职业为导向的价值和意义,从大学生和高校两个方面探讨以职业为导向的大学生学业规划教育的对策,以期为有效开展此项工作提供一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | Schoolwork is an important foundation for employment of undergraduates.To achieve successful employment,college students need career-oriented schoolwork planning.This paper investigates some students in Xiasha and analyzes the current status of schoolwork planning,discusses the meaning and value of career-oriented schoolwork planning,and explores the measures of the career-oriented schoolwork planning from students and school,and provides a new way for carrying out this work. |
