生命道德:教师专业伦理的重要维度

摘    要:教师的生命道德,是教师将"生命"作为处理与自我的关系、与他人(主要是学生)的关系的核心价值追求,它主要包含关爱生命和追求生命意义两层含义。师生自然生命的丧失和教师职业生命意义的迷失现象对教师的生命道德提出了更高的要求,生命道德理应成为教师专业伦理的重要维度。为此,教师必须增强生命意识,提升生命地位;回归生命化教育,提高生命质量;追寻生命意义,彰显生命价值。

Abstract:A teacher's life morality is the core pursuit value of him to apply the life to handl the relations with his ego and with others(mainly students).Life morality consists of two meanings:the caring about life and the pursuing of the meaning of life.The loss of some teachers' and students' lives and the loss of the teachers' professional life meaning raises a higher claim to the life morality of teachers.The life morality should become the main dimensionality of the teachers' professional ethics.Therefore,teachers have to fulfill the following duties:to strengthen the sense of life and to promote the position of life;to return to living education and to prove the quality of life;to pursue the meaning of life and to highlight the value of life.
