| 摘 要： | 烟台苹果产业在苹果种植、中间产品供应、中间服务等环节初步形成集群化发展模式。但在从业人员构成、组织化程度、加工原料供应及融资方面仍存在较多问题。建议从提高苹果种植环节产业化层次、提高苹果产业组织化程度、提高对苹果产业发展服务能力等三个方面采取措施,积极推进,不断增强烟台苹果产业集群化发展能力与水平。
