摘    要:职业经理人的产生,是我国经济市场化发展的必然结果。虽然目前我国的职业经理人阶层还没有形成,职业经理人市场还趋于萌芽状态。然而,市场竞争的日益加剧,企业规模的日益扩大,迫使企业对职业经理人需求的迅速增长。要在企业推进职业经理人制度,让职业经理人在事业上得以成就,必须尽快完善现代企业制度,为职业经理人创建一个合适的外部环境,同时,企业法人或董事会与职业经理人也必须在扮演各自的角色中提高素质。

Abstract:The formation of management as a profession is the indispensable result of the development of market economy in China.At present,management as a profession has not yet been formed and the market for professional managers is still in pregnancy.However the intense competitions between enterprises and their rapid expansions have given rise to the great demand for professional managers.The perfect realization of modern system in enterprises in the near future is vital to the encouragement of professional managers and proper outside working conditions should be created for the achievements in their work.Thus corporations,directorates and professional managers should strive to make their respective contributions to achieve the aim.
