| 摘 要： | 素质教育理念的提出，是20世纪末中国教育发展史上的一件大事，它的确立既是中国社会发展的客观需要，更是改革开放新时代的必然选择。因此，素质教育的提出有着极大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。素质教育理念的确立，对我国教育的发展，在思想观念、教育制度、受教育者等不同层面上，产生了深远的影响。
