| 摘 要： | 大学的国际交流与合作承载着国际人才培养与流动的重任。要构建一个全方位、立体式、具有互动性的国际交流与合作平台。并推动人才强国战略的实施,必须发挥对外汉语的优势,引进国外优质教育资源;推动教育教学改革;拓宽引智途径,促进学科专业建设;以振兴东北老工业基地为契机,为经济建设提供智力支持。

| Abstract: | The international exchange and cooperation in higher education has the responsibility of cultivating and exchanging international qualified personnel. Based on the practice, how to establish a fully-oriented, tridimensional and interactive way for international exchange and cooperation in order to promte the strategy of strenthenging country by qualified personnel is dicussed in this article. The following aspects are highlighted such as inputting international advacned education resource with predominace of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, promoting the education reform, widening the ways of inputting intelligence and accelerating subject construc-ture. Higher education should provide more intelligence support for economic construction during the courese of developing Old Northeast Industry Base vigorously. |
