| 摘 要： | 随着高校思想政治工作的加强．大学生健康成长问题成为整个社会普遍关注的焦点之一。辅导员应加强学习理论知识，做好思想预测工作；应善于做好非正式场合思想工作，坚持以校园化为载体．加强和改进对学生的思想政治教育；应加强学生宿舍的明创建工作；应建立心理咨询机构，提高大学生心理健康水平．从而促使高校大学生思想政治工作更加有效地开展。
