| 摘 要： | 提高区域创新能力,强化科技创新意识,是推动构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的有效动力.由于自然条件、经济基础等各方面因素的影响,我国的区域创新能力存在较大的差异.在对区域创新能力进行界定的基础上,根据区域创新能力的各影响因素构建区域创新能力评价指标体系,采用累计概率分布对原始数据进行正态标准化,借助因子分析和系统聚类分析两种统计方法对我国区域创新能力进行评价.研究表明,各地区的科技创新投入的不均衡,政府对科技创新的支持力度以及各地区的产业结构在一定程度上导致了我国区域创新能力的差异.

| Abstract: | To enhance regional innovation capability,strengthen the awareness of scientific and technological innovation is an effective driving force for promoting building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.There are huge differences in China's regional innovation capability resulting from natural conditions,economic base and the impact of various factors.In this paper,regional innovation ability evaluation index system is constructed according to various factors after defining the regional innovation capacity.Then the raw data is standardization by using cumulative probability distribution.Evaluation of China's regional innovation capacity is made with factor analysis and cluster analysis.Studies have shown that there are some differences resulting from input non-equilibrium of different regions in the technological innovation,the government's efforts in supporting scientific and technological innovation and the region's industrial structure. |
