| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展和法制进程的不断推进，民众的法律思想也在不断地增强。在现代司法领域，社会舆论及其民众评价的渗入，使得作为裁判的法官不得不对民意加以关注。文章以民意为视角，拟从近代民意与现代民意、非信息化民意与信息化民意出发，通过对民意进行多维透视来阐述民意对司法裁判的影响，并最终得出结论，应从民意走向民主。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the times and the legal process,legal thoughts of the public are constantly improved.In modern judicial field,the infiltration of public opinion and the evaluation makes the judge attend the public thought.Based on the perspective of public opinion,and according to multidimensional perspective on the public opinion,the paper illustrates the effection of public opinion to the judicial process,and finally concludes that the public opinion should go to democracy. |
