| 摘 要： | 通过多年的教育实践，结合个人体会，对女生的心理特征进行了分析，提出了适合女生心理特点的教学方法，以求激发女生的学习兴趣，树立信心，使其在享受体育乐趣的同时，发展学生的个性，达到增进健康的目的。

| Abstract: | In physical education,the theories of the psychology are used aiming at the schoolgirls' psychological and physiological characteristics to arouse their interest in study on physical education,which is very important to enhancing the education quality and effect. By several years' educating practice,combined with personal experience,the author analyzes the schoolgirls' psychological characteristics. A suitable education method is brought forward for schoolgirls' psychological training in order to arouse their study interesting,establish their confidence,develop their individuality and make them healthy when they enjoy the physical education. |
