摘    要:澳大利亚作为背包旅游者的天堂,在发展背包旅游方面积累了大量的经验,同时澳大利亚的背包族也是最具代表性的背包群体之一。文章从澳大利亚背包族的行为特征研究出发,结合旅游消费行为学的相关理论,对澳大利亚背包族的旅游决策特征、旅游空间行为和旅游忠诚度三大方面做出详细的论述,最后借鉴澳大利亚政府的旅游发展政策,希望对我国背包族市场的开拓带来一些启示和建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the improvement of the traffic situation, the rising of people's living standard, self-driving tour has become one of the popular travel modes among people in our countries. However, with the popularity of self-driving tour, the accidents also occur frequently and the legal problems emerge. This paper first make a study of 3 ways of self-driving tour, namely, driving with friends, driving with clubs, and driving with touring parties, and then puts forward strategies of solving this regulating the contracts, problem in several aspects: making laws, defining the responsibilities and duties, bettering the insurance, controlling the touring market, and building websites.
