| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校基于其建立的背景,普遍缺失成熟的大学精神,体现大学文化的主体人群没有共同的精神内涵,没有完善的制度文化,缺乏有文化底蕴的大学校园环境。因此,新建本科院校要从自己使命中提炼并形成自己的大学精神,明确办学理念、学校定位和发展目标,确定学科、专业及课程的设置原则,加强制度文化建设,逐步形成自己的特色大学文化。

| Abstract: | For newly-established undergraduate universities, well-founded university culture is necessary for solid development. Because of the background, newly-established universities usually lack mature university culture. The majority of the school, which represents the university culture, does not have common spiritual connections. They also lack the well-founded systematic culture and an enriched university cultural environment. Therefore, newly-established undergraduate universities need to refine and form university spirit from the university aim. They should also define school management concepts, the university culture. |
