| 摘 要： | 构建远程开放教育服务文化,必须坚持教育社会功能和价值取向.开放性作为远程教育特征和核心理念,宗旨和意义就是为了实现教育公平,开拓更多的学习机会,为学习者提供更好的学习条件.远程教育的服务效果和质量,与企业、其他机构的服务不同,需要获得"双重满意",即学习者的满意和社会公众的认可.以服务文化的构建,增进远程教育社会公众的亲和力,形成共同价值追求的凝聚力,构成创新发展的支撑力,积淀为传承发展的生命力,促进远程开放教育内涵发展.
