| 摘 要： | 创新意识和创新能力是人才综合素质的构成要素，高职教育要顺应时代要求，重视开展创新教育。创设一个良好的环境，是培养学生创新意识品质的基础；教学方法方式的转变，是实施创新教育的主要途径；创造性思维的训练，是提高学生创新能力的有效手段。

Vocational education should meet the demand of times.pay much attention to creative education. To create a suitable atmosphere is the foundation of training students consciousness of creation; to change teachingmethods is the main way of carrying out creative eduation;to train creative thought is available means of improving students'creative competence. |
