| 摘 要： | 采取对比实验，探讨快乐体育教学在普通高校女生体育课中的实效性。教学实验结果显示：快乐体育教学有利于创造和谐、愉快的教学环境，调动学生学习的积极性和主动性，教学效果优于传统教学。

| Abstract: | This essay probes into the effect of Happy PE classes on college and university girls by the way of compared experiment. The results show that: Happy PE classes create harmonious and happy atmosphere, can mobilize student's enthusiasm and go-aheadism,and have a better result than the traditional teaching. |
