| Abstract: | This essay probes into how to improve the teaching quality of basketballclass at college in accordance with girl students physical and mental characteristics such as reluctance to exercise, etc. According to experimental researches on girl students basketball class at college, the author cultivates and improves the girl students' interest and study initiative by way of explaining, demonstrating, playing games and flexible competition rules in the basketball class so as to lay a solid foundation for their life long sports. |
