| 摘 要： | 高校科技成果管理是整个科技管理活动的重要组成部分，它既是对前段科研工作的总结，又能为下一轮新的科研立项提供及时有效的反馈信息，这对提高全校科研水平意义重大。本文首先全面分析高校科技成果管理中存在的一些问题，然后在此基础上从创新的角度对高校成果管理机制进行了有益探索。
