| Abstract: | In search of an approach to promote the safe production management, and using analogy method, an analysis is made of the relation between opposites in unity of safe Production and accident, with Wuji corresponding to the production process, Yin and yang respectively to the hidden cause of accident and safety measure, Yin Within Yang and Yang within Yin respectively to safety and accident, and Huangji to the general principle of "Safety first, and prevention principal", coordinating the two sets of opposites on their way to harmony. Further analysis in association with Yuanji theory unfolds that the achievement of the harmony (Huangji) in the safe production management, depends first upon the apprehension and mastery of the principles of safe production, which leads to harmony under the principles; this is "the harmony of Wu and You". And this is taken as the guideline for an objective and correct analysis and estimation of the safe working, as to remove the hidden causes of accident; this is "the harmony of Yin and Yang". As the hidden causes of accident are removed, the production goes on smoothly, and safe production works on a higher level; this is "the harmony of the heaven and the earth". |
