| 摘 要： | 民间资本投资已经上升到国家宏观经济重要的决策层面。当前民间资本的活跃性与其合理的布局之间有着制度的障碍,导致民间资本投融资的不规范性。疏导机制亟待构建,其理性的投资方向引人关注。建立导入模式,建立符合国家宏观政策的投资空间急待解决,为此才可以化解风险,实现其价值的最大化。

| Abstract: | The increase in private capital investment has been important to the national macroeconomic policy-making level.Current activity in private capital and its rational distribution system between the barriers has resulted in private capital investment and financing of non-normative.Should be constructed to divert their investments in the direction of rational concern.The establishment of import models,and establishing national macroeconomic policy for investment need to be solved before we can resolve this risk,to achieve its maximum value. |
