| 摘 要： | 以乙醇-水为实验体系,在常压下对JLT-97型筛板精馏塔的操作性能进行了研究,获得了该塔在全回流及部分回流条件下的全塔效率,固定回流比间歇精馏下的塔顶、塔釜温度及浓度随时间的变化曲线等.结果表明该塔操作性能稳定,可作为科研和分离提纯小批料使用.

| Abstract: | The operation performance of JLT- 97 rectifying column were studied in normal pressure with ethanol - water system, Overall plate efficiency in total reflux and partial reflux were obtained. The changing curve of temperature and concentration in top and bottom with time in fixed reflux ratio and batch distillation, were also obtained. The results indicated the operating performance of the column was stable, and it could be used in scientific research, separating and purifying small batch material. |
