| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康教育是大学教育的重要组成部分，也是实施素质教育的重要内容。目前，大学生心理健康问题越来越引起教育、心理、医学及社会工作的普遍关注。从大学生心理健康的标准与心理健康的意义及高校心理健康教育的内容和途径两方面略述己见。
