| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆的出现必然引起一系列新的版权保护问题。本通过近几年国内外及世界版权组织版权法的分析，探究版权保护对数字图书馆的影响，以及在数字图书馆建设与服务过程中如何遵循合理使用制度等问题。
