| 摘 要： | 论述了专题知识库服务需求起源,分析了几种个人数字图书馆软件和一些网站的个性化服务栏目的功能特点及对专题知识库系统功能设计的启发,阐述了专题知识库系统在知识服务中的应用前景,给出了总体设计的框架结构和效果框图。
