黄精提取物对耐力训练大鼠骨骼肌组织NO-NOS体系影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨黄精对不同负荷耐力训练大鼠骨骼肌组织中一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)体系的影响,为黄精作为运动补剂的开发提供实验依据。方法:选取雄性大鼠24只,随机分为(A组)、运动对照组(B组)、运动 黄精提取物组(C组),B组和C组按照训练模型进行为期6周的不同负荷的跑台训练,并测定大鼠骨骼肌组织中一氧化氮(NO),总一氧化氮(T-NOS),结构性型一氧化氮(cNOS)和诱导型一氧化氮(iN-OS)活性以及力竭时间。结果:黄精提取物可以促进骨骼肌组织中产生生理剂量的NO;升高T-NOS、cNOS活性;抑制大强度力竭性运动导致的iNOS过量表达;延长大鼠运动至力竭的时间。结论:黄精提取物可以影响不同运动负荷状态下骨骼肌组织NO-NOS的变化,改善组织代谢状况,提高运动能力。

Abstract:Purpose: This study discussed the mechanism of Polygonatum sibiricum Red impacting to myocardial mitochondrial antioxident ability and system of NO-NOS in trained-indurance Rats,which can provide examination base for using Polygonatum sibiricum Red as sport supplements.Methods: Twenty-four old male SD rat were randomly divided into four groups.Group B and C rats were experimented by building the Endurance-trained exercise model in mice to probe into the activities of the nitrous oxides(NO) and synthase(NOS) of skeleton muscle through 6-week different load running in the platform.Results: It indicate that the Polygonatum sibiricum Red can increase the activities of NO,T-NOS,cNOS activity;Inhibit the over-expression by intensity strength;Lengthen the time that the great mouse's movement exhausts to strength.Conclusion: Polygonatum sibiricum Red could influence the NO-NOS system's change of skeleton muscle under the different load,improve movement ability.
