| 摘 要： | 在终身体育思想和教学改革的趋势下,河北省高校对健美操课的教学内容、教材、教学方法和评价体系均进行了不同程度、不同层次的改革,教学改革的方法和创新理念层出不穷,但是各高校在健美操的课程资源等方面还是有明显不足。鉴于此,此文提出河北省各高校在健美操教学中实施＂一体化＂教学模式,目的是优化健美操教学,旨在提高健美操教学质量和学生专业综合能力。 |

| Abstract: | The research shows that,under the tendency of lifelong sports spirits and education reform,the teaching content,material,method and comment system of every college are reformed in different degrees and levels.The methods of education reform and innovations are emerging in an endless stream during the reform,while the aspects of college aerobics in course resource and so on are insufficient.In view of this,the objective of this thesis in Integration Education Pattern for Hebei college aerobics course is to optimize the aerobics education,furthermore,to improve the quality of aerobics education and overall strength of students. |
