| 摘 要： | 上世纪末 ,软件领域中 ,一种否定性意义的新型版权—“左版”从信息革命浪潮中应运而生。左版的意义远超出所在的技术领域 ,是“信息社会”、“知识经济”、“知识产权”时代一股具有社会革新意义的暴胀能量 ,它反映着并正在加深当代资本主义的基本矛盾。本文对左版这一新型版权思潮和实践的时代背景、总原则和具体法律文本及其深刻的社会意义进行了全面的分析

| Abstract: | A neotype of copyright -"copyleft" was engendered from the software fields, riding on the tide of information revolution in the end of last century. The significance of copyleft is far beyond the technological realm, it is reflecting and intensifying the elementary contradiction of modern capitalism. It is a rush of energy which is growing with all speed and is with a significance of social renovation in the epoch of so-called "information society", "intellectual economy" and "intellectual property". This article discusses on the era background, the principal, the law text and the social implication of copyleft, on its theories as well as on its practice. |
