| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的飞速发展,科技评估已成为现代科技管理的必要手段和决策的重要依据,在现代科技项目管理中发挥越来重要的作用。通过分析反映项目执行过程实时运行数据和历史数据的数据模型和数据存储,将数据仓库理论和数据挖掘技术应用于科技项目评估,使隐含在项目计划执行过程数据中的一些特性可以被及时发现,从而对项目计划顺利执行和达到预期目标提供有强力的支持。

| Abstract: | As the science and technology develops fast,evaluation of science and technology has became the necessary means of modern technology management and important basis of decision-making,it will play more important role in project management of modern science and technology.Through analyzing the data model and data storage of real time data and historical data in project performing,in this paper,it applies data warehouse theory and data mining technology to estimation of science and technology project in order to find some especial hidden characteristics on project running,then it can assure that the project performs well and provide powerful support to achieve the prospective goal. |
