| 摘 要： | “党外知识分子是统一战线工作对象”的理论依据有二：一是工人阶级内部存在统一战线，但其实际内涵却与当年马克思等人所论述的“工人阶级内部统一战线”不是一回事。构成新时期工人阶级内部存在统一战线的理由主要是因为知识分子加入了工人阶级队伍。二是社会主义劳动者之间存在统一战线。党外知识分子在该统一战线中是作为同工人、农民并列的劳动者群体、作为社会主义社会的基本力量和依靠力量加盟的，是属于新时期爱国统一战线的第一个范围。党外知识分子之所以被作为统一战线工作对象，一是因为它是一个有着自身优势的群体；二是因为它在四个现代化建设中是一个能够发挥出更加重要作用的群体；三是为了照顾党外知识分子的特殊性，更好地落实党的知识分子政策，充分调动其为社会主义现代化建设服务的积极性、主动性与创造性。

| Abstract: | There are two theoretical bases that support that the extra-Party intellectuals are the subject of United Front work: 1) The United Front which lies in the working class, in fact, differs in sense from the United Front lying in the working class formed by Marx and some other persons. The reason why there is United Front in working class in new times mainly depends on the fact that the intellectuals join the working class. 2) There is United Front among the labors in socialist society. Intellectuals join the United Front as a labor group like workers and farmers, and as basic power and relying power in socialist society. Intellectuals belong to the first domain of the patriotic United Front in new period. There are three reasons why extra-Party intellectuals can be the subject of United Front: Firstly, intellectuals are a group with its own advantges. Secondly, intellectuals are a group which would play a more important role in the construction of Four Modernizations. Thirdly, it meets the aims such as caring of the special characteristic of the extra-Party intellectuals, carrying out the policy on extra-Party better, and fully arousing their zeal, initiative and creativeness. |
