主体间性视角下中小学教师远程培训师生关系研究

摘    要:师生关系是教师远程培训实践活动中最基本的人际关系,是影响培训实效的一个最主要因素。文章认为:传统关系理论囿于认识论的哲学基础,始终无法真正体现师生的主体性,而教育主体间性理论下的师生关系具有主体间的民主平等、对话交往、互惠发展等内涵特征,符合现代教育民主化、人本化发展趋势,顺应我国基础教育课程改革均衡发展的形势要求,能够彻底摆脱中小学教师远程培训师生关系的主体性危机。当前中小学教师远程培训必须尊重主体间的交互主体性,通过组建多类型的学习共同体、保持多层面的教学交互、规范全过程的组织管理来实现培训主体间和谐共生的师生关系,以保证远程培训的质量和效果。

Abstract:The relationship between teachers and students,one of the most important factors in the training effectiveness,is the most basic interpersonal relationship in the remote training practice of teachers.The traditional relationship theory,constrained by epistemology,can’t reflect the subjectivity of teachers and students.However,the relationship between teachers and students under the guidance of education inter-subjective theory is characterized by democracy and equality,dialogue communication and mutual development.It accords with the development trend of democratization and humanism of modern education,conforms to the requirement of a balanced development of basic education course reform in China,and can completely get rid of the subjective crisis of the relationship between teachers and students in the remote training of primary and secondary school.The current remote training of teachers in primary and secondary school must respect their mutual subjectivity In order to realize the harmonious coexistence of training between teachers and students and ensure the quality and effect of the remote training,a multi-type learning community should be set up,the multi-layered interaction kept and the organization and management of the whole process standardarized.
