| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量国内外献，考察了100多年的美国职业篮球发展历史，并把这个历史划分为起步时期的自由竞争阶段，发展时期的寡头竞争阶段和繁荣时期的垄断阶段。运用产权理论和制度分析的方法对每个阶段进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The history of NBA is generally assumed that of the American professional basketball. In this paper. three historical phases. free competition, oligarch competition and monopoly, were divided after reviewing the American professional basketball history, which is over 100 years Therefore the institutional variance through the long history was analyzed by the use of institutional analysis on the basis of the theory for property rights. |
