| 摘 要： | 通过对体育锻炼和体育竞赛中的"常模参照"与"自我参照"比较,提出了对人才的培养应加大"常模参照"的评价力度,以此培养学生运动员顽强不屈的意志品质及稳定的个性,促进学生运动员健康全面的发展。
