| 摘 要： | 青藏铁路通车,使两省区交通基础设施滞后的状况得到极大改善,旅游人力资源市场需求量大增,只有在政府的宏观统一指导下,加强公共服务,完善人才培养体系,提高旅游从业人员整体素质,不断优化旅游人力资源结构,营造旅游诚信环境,才能全面提升旅游品牌,推动青藏两省区社会经济的发展。

| Abstract: | Because of Qinghai-Tibet railroad being open to traffic,the demand of traveling human resources have been grown.Only with government's macroscopic unification instruction,strengthens the public service,perfect talented person training system,improves holders of the traveling job overall quality,unceasingly optimizes the structure of the traveling human resources,builds the sincere traveling environment.Only do these,we can be allowed to comprehensively promote the traveling brand,and inpels the economy development further in Qinghai and Tiet. |
