| 摘 要： | 培养人才是高等教育的基本任务,也是高等教育的核心职能。本文从高等教育面临的新形势入手,在对某高校文科学生学习现状问卷调查分析的基础上,提出了高校教改的对策与建议：首先应更新教育观念,培养创新人才;第二,要与时俱进,改革教学内容、方法以及教学考核方法与评价体系;第三,应建立学生自主学习与教师进行教学方法改革的激励机制,促进学生早日成才。

| Abstract: | The talent training is the basic mission of higher education, also the core functions of higher education. From starting the new situation of higher education facing, and on the basis of a questionnaire survey of the status of the college of liberal arts students learning, the article proposed the university education reform measures and recommendations.. First, the concept of education should be updated to cultivate innovative talent ; Second, advance with the times reform the teaching contents, teaching methods and the assessment methods and evaluation system; Third, should establish the incentive mechanism that the students independent study and the reform of the teachers teaching methods, and to promote the students become talents at an early date. |
