| 摘 要： | 分析了企业新生期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期的特征,探讨了防范企业生存风险应采取相应的策略,提出了企业新生期的优生优育模型、成长期的免疫模型、成熟期的保健模型和衰退期的进化模型,最后探讨了企业生存风险的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprises during the course of infancy stage, growing stage, mature stage and degeneration stage, and discusses the corresponding strategies to evade enterprises' survival risks. The authors propose the evolution model of enterprises during different stages, and explore the characteristics of enterprise survival risks. |
