教学理念向教学行为转化的内隐机制研究综述

摘    要:新课程实施以来,广大中小学教师对新课程倡导的教学理念表现出普遍的认同和接受,然而教学实践中却一直存在着教学理念与教学行为脱节的现象。已有研究对教学理念与教学行为的内涵、性质、关系、不一致的原因,教学理念与教学行为有效对接的策略等基本问题,从理论和实践结合的层面进行了探讨。这些研究有利于促进广大教师进一步理解与接受新课程理念并转变教学行为。但同时也存在着不少问题,还需要从影响理念到行为转变的内外部因素出发,探究教学理念向教学行为转化的内隐机制。

Abstract:Since the practice of the new curriculum standard,teachers in primary and middle schools have shown their universal agreementand acceptance. However, the teaching concept and the teaching behaviour axe disjointed in the teaching practice. Researches have been con-ducted to explore the connotations, the properties and the relationships of the teaching concept and the teaching bahaviour, the causes of theirunconformity and the effective strategies to joint them from the perspective of combining theory with practice. These researches can promoteteachers’ further understanding and acceptance of the teaching concept of the new curriculum standard and its transformation into the teachingbehaviour.Meanwhile,problems also exist.h is necessary to probe into the implicit mechanism of transforming teaching concept into teachingbehaviour,based on internal and external factors that affect the transformation of concept and behaviour.
