| 摘 要： | 新时期大学生勤工助学的作用不再局限于缓解贫困学生的经济困难,而是具有多重作用.本文着重针对新时期大学生勤工助学的利弊进行全面的分析,充分论述勤工助学在大学生人才培养中的作用,并分析勤工助学可能给学生带来的弊端,对高等学校深入开展勤工助学活动具有重要的意义.
