高职英语教学中“学生主体”课堂教学模式探讨

摘    要:通过对现行的高职英语课堂教学模式与现状进行了调查分析,结合相关的现代英语教育理论,构建“学生主体”课堂教学模式,并采用课堂录像的方法,对“学生主体”教学模式课堂中师生各自的话语量、师生语句的类型数量在一节课(40分钟)中所占的比例分别进行了系统分析,指出“学生主体”课堂模式能给学习者提供更多的用目标语进行双向交际和意义协商的机会,因而更有利于培养学生英语综合应用能力。

Abstract:Investigating the current situations and classroom instruction modes in higher vocational English teaching, the author attempts to establish " learners ?oriented" classroom instruction mode. By videotaping the whole process of the newly constructed instruction mode, the author conducts statistical analyses on the proportion of the time and the sentence patterns used respectively in the teacher' s lecturing and the learners' communicative activities in a 40 - minute " learners - oriented" class. As a result, the author points out that learners have more opportunities to be exposed to two - way communication and negotiation meaning in " learners -oriented" class mode, which contributes greatly to the cultivation of the learners' comprehensive communicative competence.
