| 摘 要： | 作为重要的企业竞争情报方法，情景分析法针对未来较长时期环境的发展变化，在不确定因素很多的情况下，对未来可能出现的多种情况进行预测，以提高组织的战略适应能力。本文重点分析了情报分析法的实施步骤，阐明了情景分析法在制定决策和建立早期预警系统中的作用，总结了情景分析法的适用环境。
