| 摘 要： | 二十世纪初的十年,也正是腐朽没落的清王朝行将灭亡前的十年。清政府在内外交困之际,为挽救其统治,在政治、经济、教育、军事、社会等各个方面进行了一系列的变革。这场由统治者自上而下推行的变革,对中国近代科学技术的发展产生了前所未有的影响。变革促进了中国传统科学技术向近代科学技术转变历程的完成,掀起了西方近代科学技术与方法的引进与应用的高潮,使近代学术研究发生了重大变化,为中国近代科学技术的发展培养了人才。

| Abstract: | It was the first decade of 20th century that the corrupt and decadent Qing dynasty gradually turned into extinction.On the occasion of being beset with difficulties at home and abroad,the Qing government undertook reforms in a series of fields such as: politics,economy,education,military,and society,etc.to save its regime.And this top-down reforms,undertaken by the rulers,made an unprecedented impact on the development of China's modern science and technology.The reform promoted completion of transformation from traditional science and technology to modern,helped to a culmination of introducing and applying the modern science and technology,caused the modern academic research to undergo great changes and trained talent for development of China's modern science. |
