| 摘 要： | 尽管我国法律已经初步确立了违宪审查制度,但是由于缺乏相应的实施细则,缺乏可操作性,使这一制度在实践中的运行仍然存在很大的障碍,理论准备不足也使这一制度没有很好发挥作用的重要原因.本文通过对违宪审查制度的考察,着重就违宪主体的范围、违宪审查机构以及"宪法司法化"与违宪审查的关系等问题进行了探讨.
