| 摘 要： | 素质教育是旨在提高全体公民素质的一种教育。具有全体性、全面性、主体性、个性以及创造性等。应试教育与素质教育的根本区别在于教育价值观的不同,创新教育是时代的产物,它不仅是社会发展的趋势,也是克服“应试教育”弊端的一种策略;创新教育是现代教育的组成部分和基础,而实现教育现代化,又是实施素质教育的必要条件和根本途径。

| Abstract: | Quality education is one aiming at promoting all the people's quality with wholeness,comprehensiveness,creativeness etc..The basic difference between examination-taking education and quality education lie in educational value .Innovative education is the product of the times which is not only the tendency of social development but also a kind of strategy to overcome the weakness of examination-taking education,which is a necessary part and foundation of modern education while modern education is the essential condition and means to implement quality education. |
