| Abstract: | The 21st century is a century of biotechnology. Genetically modified food (GMF) is the product of transgenic technology, and the safety of GMF has been paid attention to by the people. Is the Principle of "substantial equivalence" reasonable, which is regarded as the principle to revaluate the safety of GMF? Therefore, we need to analyze the principle of "substantial equivalence" and to make philosophical reflections on it, so that we search more reasonable means to revaluate the safety of GMF. |
