| 摘 要： | 徽商是明清时期徽州书院教育出现鼎盛局面的重要因素。试从徽商攀缘政治势力、追求经济利润及扩大家族影响力三个方面考察其兴办书院的动机，并且从文化社会学的角度简要分析了商人书院创办所产生的社会功能及负面的社会效应。
