| Abstract: | Considerin that too much emphasis has been paid on the starting race and middle distance race in oun present research about the skills of sprint, neglecting the study of acceleration running, the author expounds the psychological and action preparations and skill analysis as well as features of acceleration running to find a correct and reasonable skill which can be applied in our teaching and training. |
