| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述法，对肾上腺髓质素及其与运动心脏重塑的关系进行探讨，分析了肾上腺髓质素在运动心脏重塑中的作用。通过对运动心脏重塑的机制、运动与肾上腺髓质素的关系、肾上腺髓质素的生理作用、肾上腺髓质素的信号传导、分子生物学等方面的研究，认为肾上腺髓质素是维护机体血液动力学稳定的重要因素，是运动心脏重塑的重要介质。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the relationship between adrenomedullin and exercise-induced cardiac remodeling and analyzed the functions of adrenomedullin in the cardia remodeling.The mechanism of the exercise-induced cardia remodeling,the relationship between sports and adrenomedullin,physiological functions of adrenomedullin,signal transduction pathway of adrenomedullin and molecular biology indicated that adrenomedullin was an important factor for hemodynamic dysfunction and played a critical role in exercise-induced cardiac remodeling. |
