| 摘 要： | 股骨头缺血性坏死的临床治疗中带血管蒂组织瓣转位修复术收效良好。本文就股骨头血供特点、关节囊附着特点和几种股骨头修复术能带血管蒂转位的供瓣区解剖特点作一综述，为临床设计操作方便、损伤小、血供丰富的组织瓣转位术提供解剖学依据。

| Abstract: | It was better that the operation with vessel pedicle tissue valve presthesis translocation in clinic treatment of head of femur ischemic necrosis. I encompassed all the characteristic of blood supply of head of femur, attachment of joint capsule and some operations in repairing the head of femur ischemic the area of valve supply that can translocating with vessel pedicle. It supplied anetomic basis for clinic to design a tissue Valve prosthesis translate that handy mamipatule, less injury and rich vascutarity. |
